Terms of Service
Expectations for Patient Conduct
- Patients must maintain a reasonable volume for conversations. Our building contains the offices of other healthcare practitioners, and loud or noisy conversations can be disruptive to other’s treatment sessions.
- Patients must do their best to arrive on-time for appointments. Our employee’s time is valuable, and patients who arrive late will be charge the full price of the scheduled appointment, even though they may not receive the full time that was scheduled.
- Patients must not be rude, threatening, harassing or abusive to employees or other patients. All of our employees and patients are human beings, with feelings, who deserve to be treated with respect. Patients who are rude, threatening, harassing or abusive may be invited to seek treatment from another clinic, if the abusive behavior escalates to threats or physical contact, local law enforcement will be contacted and the patient may be trespassed and have a police report filed against them.
- Patients must not touch employees or other patients without consent. This includes, but is not limited to, handshakes and hugs. Patients who touch employees or other patients without consent, may be asked to leave, and may be invited to seek treatment from another clinic.
- Patients must not behave in an inappropriate/suggestive manner. All of our massage services are intended to be therapeutic, and are not ever sexual in nature. Patients who offer, ask or attempt to engage our employees in sexual activity, will have their session cancelled immediately, will be charged the full price for the session, and will be reported to the Washington state Department of Health as well as local law enforcement.
Expectations for Employee Conduct
- Employees will do their best to arrive on-time for appointments. Your time is valuable, so if your massage therapist arrives more than 7 minutes late you will not be charged that appointment, and you may either begin the appointment late, or reschedule at no charge. For example, if the LMT arrives 15 minutes late for a 60 minute appointment, and there is nobody schedule after you, you may still be able to get 60 minutes of massage time for that appointment, however if they arrive 30 minutes late, and there is another patient scheduled after you, you may receive less than 60 minutes of massage time unless you opt to reschedule.
- Employees will not be rude, threatening, harassing or abusive to employees or other patients. We want all of our patients to feel safe with us, so if any employee or another patient makes you feel unsafe, please let us know either in person, by phone or by email, so that we can take appropriate corrective actions.
- Employees will not touch you without consent. This includes, but is not limited to, handshakes and hugs. If an employee violates your consent or boundaries, please let us know either in person, by phone or by email, so that we can take appropriate corrective action. Depending on the nature of the consent or boundary violation, we may also report the incident to the Department of Health and local law enforcement.
- Employees will respect patient preferred pronouns, and manner of address once we are made aware of them. We will do our best to respect every patient, regardless of age, ethnicity, religion, gender, orientation or identity. If you feel like one of our employees has disrespected you or another patient, please let us know, either in person, by phone or by email, so that we can take appropriate corrective action.

Cancelation Policy
- Rescheduling. Rescheduling may be done for free at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment to be rescheduled. This so that our practitioners can be paid for the time that they were scheduled to work.
- Cancellation. Cancellations may be done for free at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment to be cancelled. Cancelling within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee in the full amount of the scheduled session. Cancellation fees are not refundable.

- Repetitive rescheduling/cancelling. We value your time, and hope that you will value ours as well. We do recognize that sometimes life gets in the way of scheduled appointments, however if a pattern of rescheduling, and/or cancelling is seen, we may limit your ability to schedule with us, or we may invite you to seek treatment from another clinic.
